Style Spotlight: European Pilsners

Welcome to our STYLE SPOTLIGHT event series where we feature one beer you know and love from Gather alongside five examples from other Craft Breweries around Ontario!

We broke onto the brewing scene as a bottle shop and bar representing incredible local brews from talented craft breweries and we want to continue to highlight what our peers are doing and how we all learn from each other!

To Gather is to come together.

Our second event in this series will be on Thursday August 27 at 6pm, and will be Spotlighting the “European Pilsner” style. Spanning central Europe from France to Czechia, this style brings a unique bite and substance to the lager world. 

Our list was thoughtfully curated by our brewer Doch Dendy who will be tasting alongside you, exploring the style while paired with delicious snacks by Chef Jeff.
