Welcome to Beer School, where we explore the art and science behind making great beer!
On this inaugural evening, we will be formally introducing the newest member of our team, Doch Dendy, our amazing brewer!
Doch will be guiding us through four of our fantastic beers:
- "A Brewer is Never Late" New Zealand Pilsner
- Canadian Ale
- Caramel Stout
- *a secret brand new release*
If that's not enough, our Bearded Chef (Craig) has crafted a delectable three course menu featuring our signature brews as the star ingredients - each paired with a tasting to compliment with its corresponding course.
Sip, savor, and learn the basics as Doch introduces us to the technical world of brewing, including flavor profiles, and what makes our beers truly special.
